Nizza Paradise Residence

The Nizza Paradise Residence is located in Paradiso, in the district of Lugano, within the Canton of Ticino. In the green lung of Switzerland, vegetation and fascinating nature trails surround the entire building, creating an idyllic setting. The building opens onto deep terraces, overlooking a wood to the west, Guidino Park to the east and Lugano Lake to the south. The project is realized by Mino Caggiula Architects SA. The indoor area of the apartments, 40 on 8 floors, ranges from 90 to 210 sq.m. The design settings are ultra-modern and show a deep attention to details.
