Sustainability is a daily commitment for us.

When responsibility becomes innovation.

A concrete commitment to sustainability.

We believe in design that respects the environment. Every stage of our production process is designed to reduce environmental impact and give new life to resources.

We use natural raw materials, carefully selected from certified and trusted suppliers, adopting advanced technologies to minimize waste. We regenerate 100% of the materials derived from our production processes, reintegrating them into a virtuous cycle of reuse.
Our commitment goes beyond our own production: we collaborate with other companies to enhance unused resources, transforming them into new production opportunities. An approach that optimizes the use of raw materials and strengthens a concrete model of a circular economy.

Our commitment is clear: to reduce waste until we achieve 100% recovery and reuse, for a contemporary ceramic.

Circular economy
We regenerate 100% of materials
We recover and reintroduce 100% of the materials from our production processes, giving new life to both raw and fired waste to minimize waste. This approach is not limited to our internal resources but goes beyond: we acquire and transform materials from other industrial processes, integrating them into production and contributing to a more efficient and sustainable circular economy model. Every recovered resource is reintegrated into the production cycle, reducing the consumption of virgin raw materials and the overall environmental impact.

Green electricity
Our electricity is 100% renewable
Thanks to 7,900 photovoltaic panels covering 20,400 m², we generate 4.6 MWp of renewable energy, meeting part of our needs with 5.3 million kWh per year. To ensure an even lower impact, we make sure that the non-self-produced energy comes exclusively from certified renewable sources, thus contributing to a reduction of 2,800 tons of CO₂ per year.*

Water resources
We recover 100% of the water
100% of the processing water is recovered and reused, with over 400 million liters regenerated in the past four years, reducing the consumption of external water resources. In addition, rainwater collected in our artificial lake significantly contributes to the water supply for production processes, reinforcing a sustainable management model.
Thanks to these integrated systems, we reduce dependence on natural water sources and optimize the use of an essential resource for ceramic production.

Sustainable packaging
Recycled packaging materials
We use packaging made from recycled materials, reducing the use of virgin resources and the impact of logistics. Solutions in recycled cardboard and plastic, with percentages up to 100%, eliminate wooden crates and promote a more sustainable model.
Each year, over 485 tons of shrink film containing more than 80% recycled material help reduce emissions, preventing 1,200 tons of CO₂ equivalent*. Additionally, in the past year, we have recovered 342 tons of plastic waste, reinforcing our commitment to the circular economy.

Our commitment to the environment goes beyond renewable energy and recycling; it also extends to production innovation. With ReSource, we transform materials into new responsible collections.

ReSource

From Excess to sustenibility Excellence

Mirage

The ReSource project redefines the standards of responsible production.

The collections that are part of it, such as ReStone and ReConcrete, are made with mixtures containing over 60% pre-consumer recycled material, introducing a new paradigm in ceramic production.
This approach not only reduces the use of virgin resources but is also accompanied by another innovation: for certain formats, we have introduced a reduced thickness of 8 mm, allowing for the optimization of raw material and energy consumption during production.

This choice also improves logistical efficiency, as the lower weight maximizes load capacity, reducing the number of trips and cutting CO₂ emissions. A concrete commitment to a future where sustainability is not an alternative but an essential value.

Certified materials for sustainable construction.

The choice of materials is essential for the environmental impact of buildings. Mirage porcelain stoneware surfaces meet the highest sustainability standards, ensuring quality, durability, and recognized certifications.

Mirage porcelain stoneware surfaces are designed to ensure durability, aesthetics, and functionality over time, reducing the need for replacements and contributing to the conservation of natural resources. Thanks to their resistance and recyclability at the end of their life cycle, they seamlessly integrate into a circular economy model, minimizing environmental impact.
Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond material quality and is reflected in our adherence to major international certification standards. Our products meet rigorous environmental criteria, making them a reliable choice for architects and designers focused on sustainability.
The certifications we have obtained attest to the low environmental impact of our processes, the health and safety of our solutions, and the contribution of our materials to sustainable building design.
From ESG performance assessment with Ecovadis to indoor air quality certifications like Greenguard Gold, and environmental and social standards set by ISO 17889-1, we are committed to continuously improving our impact. Our Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) allow us to monitor the life cycle of materials, while LEED and WELL certifications support the design of healthier and more efficient buildings.

Logistic efficiency for a lower environmental impact

The sustainability of the production chain is not limited to the choice of raw materials and manufacturing processes but extends to logistics with concrete solutions to reduce environmental impact.

Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond production and involves the entire supply chain, including the logistics sector, with concrete solutions to reduce environmental impact. For every four units of raw materials transported, one travels by rail, helping to reduce CO₂ emissions and decrease road traffic.
This approach is also reflected in our ReSource collections, where we have reduced the thickness of certain formats to 8 mm. The lower weight of the slabs allows us to maximize load capacity, reducing the number of trips required for distribution and further cutting emissions across the entire supply chain.
Every choice we make is driven by the desire to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact at every stage of our work, while maintaining the quality and performance of our materials.

We grow together, every day.
