The Living Lounge in Winnipeg, designed by Secter Architecture + Design, is a residence immersed in the Canadian landscape that transforms nature into an extension of living. Large glazed surfaces open the interiors to the river and garden, creating fluid continuity between domestic and outdoor spaces. The interior design combines the warmth of wood with the durability of Mirage porcelain stoneware, selected to ensure functionality and aesthetic coherence: the Glocal collection defines the entrance with a contemporary, essential character, while Quarziti enhances bathrooms and laundry with a stronger material feel. Awarded the Tile Competition Award 2025, the project expresses comfort and elegance with an architectural language that blends intimacy, scenography, and openness to the landscape.
